Design Services Company, a house plan design company, was founded by Tim Chapman in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. In late 1990, the company was purchased by Dianne Shelbrack, a designer employed by Mr. chapman. She relocated Design Services Company from Kingston Springs to Nashville, Tennessee.
Design Services Company provides house plan designs for growing families, people needing to down-size, add home office integration, add living space for parents...or just when an improved home environment or location is desired.

Dianne Shelbrack, owner / designer, graduated from O'More College of Design, Franklin, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Interior Design degree. Before beginning her focus on home plan design in 1989, she designed offices for an office / warehouse developer and interned with a local interior designer. She also has retail sales and design experience relating to wallpaper, residential lighting, and art supplies.
